Welcome to Brundall Local History Group

Linking generations across the community through collecting, preserving & sharing information & memories about our history and heritage.
Brundall in Norfolk is a large Broadland village about seven miles east of Norwich.  It is on the River Yare and has two railway stations. The population was a mere 63 in 1836, but once Norfolk’s first railway was opened in 1844 it grew to the approximately 5,000 that it is today.
If you think you may have information or photographs to share, or if you know of any errors or omissions, or if you want to know more about  Brundall or the Brundall Local History Group (BLHG)  we’d love to hear from you. Email  enquiries@brundallvillagehistory.org.uk  and we'll do our best to help.
Brundall Local History Group meets regularly in The Memorial Hall for a talk.
